Matching Matriculants and Return Students (MMARS)
The MMARS Program is designed to assist new graduate students who are moving to the Winston-Salem area. The Biomedical Sciences Graduate School office introduced the MMARS program over 17 years ago with great success. Each year current graduate students who have agreed to participate in the program are identified and their contact information is provided to help new incoming students housing, banks, physician/dental services, restaurants, laundry facilities, recreation, etc.
The students listed below (link indicates email account) have agreed to help answer questions and to guide you through the relocation process. New students may also feel free to contact their program offices and the Graduate School. Additional contact information will be made available as soon as possible.
Please feel free to contact any student listed under your program of study. International students will also be identified for those students who will be joining us from overseas and would like to contact a citizen of their country to help guide them through the VISA process.
