Admissions - Application Fee

For each application submitted there is a non-refundable fee of $60.00. The fee is payable by credit card (on-line applications only), money order in U.S.A. currency, or a check drawn on a U.S.A. bank. Only Master Card's and VISA's are accepted.

If making application by paper, please include this fee with the application. If applying on-line and not using a credit card, please attach the following payment form to your check or money order to properly identify the payment, and it should be sent as soon as possible. Please make the check or money order payable to: 'Wake Forest University'. 

NOTE: Applications will not be processed until the application fee has been received.
