Admissions - Unclassified Students - TIS Program

Taking courses as an unclassified student in the Translation and Interpreting Studies Program is available to individuals who have a baccalaureate and graduate degree.

Application Instructions:

  • Complete the application form (.doc or .pdf format) and return it to the Graduate School Office along with a non-refundable application fee of $60.  Make check or money order payable to Wake Forest University.
  • Request official copies of your undergraduate and graduate transcripts be sent to:

        Winston-Salem, NC  27109
  • Submit a Statement of Interest, including your background in teaching and in translation/interpreting.
  • Request an official letter of recommendation from your current employer.  This letter should be sent directly to the Graduate School in a sealed envelope from the employer. 

Please print a registration form to be completed and signed by the course instructor.  This form needs to be returned to the Graduate School Office no later than the first day of classes.  The fall 2009 academic calendar for Reynolda campus may be accessed at http://graduate.wfu.edu/academic-calendars.html.
