Housing / Check-In —

10:00 AM − 3:00 PM, 1210 Polo Road

Summer students will be housed at 1210 Polo Road and 109 / 111 Rosedale Circle. Check-in is scheduled between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM at 1210 Polo Road, Monday, June 1st. You can reach Polo Road from Wake Forest Road which runs through the main campus; turn left onto Wingate Road; left onto Polo Road. The house at 1210 Polo Rd. is on the left. There will be a sign in the yard. Parking is available behind the house; turn left onto Rosedale Circle and left again in to the parking lot. Alternatively, instead of driving through the campus, turn left onto Reynolda Road from Silas Creek Parkway and follow to Polo Road; turn right and go several blocks; 1210 Polo Rd. is on the right. Each house has a common kitchen, living room area, and bathrooms. Rooms are arranged dormitory style with two twin beds, dressers and desks. Window shades are provided and linens are furnished weekly.

Suggested Item to Bring:
Extra towels, pillow, bedspread, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, silverware, cleaning supplies, lawn chair, cable-ready TV, stereo, telephone (jack provided), and computer. Callers are responsible for long distance calls through a personal calling card. Each room has a computer connection, some with wireless capabilities (be sure your computer is setup with an Ethernet card).

Prohibited:
Candles and any other open flame burners. All electrical cooking appliances must be stored in the common kitchen.
