Summer Research Orientation - continued
General Information —
Informational Sheet:
Please complete the attached "Informational Sheet" and return it prior to your arrival. The attached form is asking that you provide us with emergency contact information with your health insurance information.
Summer Mailing Address:
The most efficient way for family and friends to mail letters and packages to you during the summer is by using your department mailing address or the Hypertension and Vascular Research Center mailing address. Once an item has been delivered to the Hypertension Center, students will be contacted via email to notify them that they have a mail delivery. Students may drop by the office anytime during the work day (M-F 8AM-5PM) to pick up their mail, or to inform the staff to re-direct their mail to the appropriate internal office or laboratory. Once students arrive, they are free to obtain a direct mailing address from their faculty mentor's department.
