Summer Research Programs

Congratulations! on your acceptance into the Research Opportunities Program in the Biological, Biomedical and Physical Sciences (SROP), the Excellence in Cardiovascular Sciences Program (EICS), the Translational Science Institutes Scholars Program (TSIS), and other summer research activities sponsored by the WFU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and the WFU School of Medicine. The staff and faculty are busy planning for your arrival on June 1, 2009. 

The following information provides check-in instructions, student health information, and a brief itinerary of orientation.

A get-acquainted dinner has been planned for Monday evening, June 1st. This will give you the opportunity to meet your fellow students and program staff. Orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 3rd. In addition, arrangements have been made for you to receive part of your monthly pay on June 6th, in advance of the rest of your paycheck for the month of June.
