Register for Summer and Fall 2026
Advising is required prior to registration and begins March 16 for the summer and fall semesters. You will receive an Advising email from your Faculty Academic Advisor to set up an advising meeting between March 16th – March 30th for Summer and Fall registration. If your Academic Advisor is on leave this semester, you will hear from the Program Director, Dr. Allison Forti. If you do not know who your Faculty Academic Advisor is, please log in to Workday and view your “Student Support Network”. They will be listed under your “Graduate Academic Advisor”. If you are an incoming student, you will receive communication from the Program Manager, Louisa Steffen, with additional information on how to register for classes.
Academic Advising for Summer AND Fall classes begins March 16th.

Workday Student
Workday Student is your source for accessing your academic information. You will be able to search for and register for classes, view your current class schedule, track how each of your credits is applied to your degree, view your final grades, and more.
Accessing Workday
You can access Workday by logging in to your WFU Google mail and clicking on the Workday icon in your Google Apps Launcher. Alternatively, you can log in via a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari by going to www.myworkday.com/wfu. If you are logging in via a web browser, you will be prompted to enter your WFU email address and password. For detailed log-in instructions, please refer to:
Complete Your Onboarding Tasks
There are several onboarding tasks in Workday that must be completed before you register for classes. Once you have logged in to Workday, you can click the My Tasks icon in the top right corner of your Workday homepage, or, in the Awaiting Your Action section of the homepage, click the Go to My Tasks link.

Registration Process in Workday
You can search for courses in Workday and add them to a Saved Schedule or Academic Plan. You will be able to register from your Saved Schedule, Academic Plan, or by using the “Find Course Sections” report. Please review this guide for instructions on registering for courses Guide for Searching and Registering for Courses. Please search for all courses under the full term as the Department of Counseling Calendar varies from the Undergraduate University Calendar. If you search for courses by First Half of Term/Second Half of Term, they will not show up correctly.
