WFU Graduate School Brookstown Campus

A number of other programs in the Graduate School have set up offices for faculty and staff at the historic Brookstown location in downtown Winston-Salem. In addition to offices we have classrooms, collaborative work areas and open study spaces, all for our graduate students to take full advantage of while just a few blocks from the vibrant 4th street area and Old Salem.

The address is 200 Brookstown Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.


Driving Directions

From the Innovation Quarter:  Head south on Vine Street toward 4th Street East. Turn right on 4th Street E. Take a left on N Chestnut Street. Turn right on to E 3rd Street. Turn left on N Liberty Street. Turn right on Brookstown Ave.  The Historic Brookstown Mill complex will be on your left. Turn into parking lot and travel to back of building. Enter through back entrance and continue to the 3rd floor.

From the Reynolda Campus: Leave the university campus using the Reynolda Road entrance/exit. Turn left and follow Reynolda Road all the way to where Reynolda Road becomes West End Boulevard (curving left) and then becomes Broad Street. Continue straight on Broad Street (through the light). Continue down Broad Street; you will continue through the Fourth Street intersection and pass over Business 40. Take your next left on Wachovia Street.  Continue to the stop sign where Wachovia Street meets Marshall St. Cross over Marshall Street, and right after the yield sign, turn into the Brookstown Mill complex on your right (housing the Brookstown Inn and the Winston-Salem Visitors Center). The entrance is between the Meridian Restaurant and the Brookstown Inn. Turn right into the parking lot and proceed straight ahead to the next parking lot at the rear of the building. Parking is free and unrestricted.

Enter the building through the lobby under the exterior staircase and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
