The Graduate School is hosting area communications expert Katie Marshall for a free event on networking. As a graduate student, you probably don’t like the idea of networking and maybe you don’t engage in it either. We want to provide you hands-on training in creating connections with strangers, starting and ending conversations, embracing awkward situations, and redefining networking so you actually DO IT! You’ll learn how to utilize networking toward your job search goals and gain confidence in sharing about yourself in a succinct manner.
