- Please send all Bowman Gray Campus nominations and course change materials to Jennie McGuire at jrmcguir@wakehealth.edu.
- Please send all Graduate Faculty nominations as one PDF (i.e. form and CV combined into one PDF document). Files should be named in the following way: First Name of Faculty Nomination, Last Name of Faculty Nomination.
