Graduate Council Meetings

All meetings will be held at 3:30 PM unless otherwise notified. Submission of all materials to be considered by the Graduate Council must be received by the Graduate School Office two weeks prior to the meeting date. Please send all materials to: Graduate School, Room 124, Reynolda Hall, Reynolda Campus.

From Reynolda Road entrance to Wake Forest, take a left on to Wake Forest Road. The Benson University Center is the third building on the right (#6 the Reynolda Campus map), beside Reynolda Hall. In addition, the inter-campus shuttle drops off directly in front of Benson. As you enter the main entrance to the building, turn right and proceed down the hallway beside the reception desk. Continue down the hallway until you reach Room 301 which will be on your left.

• Carswell Hall (RC)

Carswell Hall is located on Manchester Plaza behind Reynolda Hall(#18 on the Reynolda Campus map). Parking may be found on Wake Forest Road or Gulley Drive. In addition, the inter-campus shuttle drops off directly in front of Benson and the plaza may be accessed to the left of the building. As you enter Carwell Hall, Annenberg Forum is located on the ground floor cross from the main entrance.

• Kitty Hawk Conference Room

Piedmont Plaza One is located on 1st Street, the second building from the five-points intersection (Stratford Road, 1st Street, Miller Road and Country Club Road). Parking is available in front of the building (see the Bowman Gray Campus map). Enter through the main entrance and the conference room is located immediately to your right in the front foyer.

• Psychiatry Conference Room 1, 8th Floor, Clinical Sciences Bldg. (BG)

Council members are asked to park in the Patient/Visitor Parking Deck located on Medical Center Blvd (free parking passes will be provided for this meeting). Enter the parking deck by the left entrance and park in Deck B (see the Bowman Gray Campus map). There is a reception desk on the G-floor of the R.J. Clinical Sciences Bldg. with additional maps if needed. Take the elevators to the 8th floor and follow the signs to the Psychiatry lobby. Signs are posted to the conference room or you may ask directors at the reception desk.

• Reynolds Tower, Penthouse Northwest Dining Room (BG)

Council members are asked to park in the Patient/Visitor Parking Deck located on Medical Center Blvd (free parking passes will be provided for this meeting). Enter the parking deck by the left entrance and park in Deck B (see the Bowman Gray Campus map). There is a reception desk on the G-floor of the R.J. Clinical Sciences Bldg. with additional maps if needed. The meeting location is on the Penthouse Floor (PH) of Reynolds Tower. This building is accessible by walking through the G-floor of the Janeway Clinical Sciences Bldg into Reynolds Tower. Proceed down the main hallway until you reach the elevator foyer on your right (approx. 3/4 the way down the main hall). Once you exit the elevator on the PH floor, proceed left down the hallway past the rest rooms, through the two sets of double doors, and down the hallway on your right to the NW corner of the building. The NW Dining Room (Conference Room 2) is at the end of the hallway.
